I hereby shall indemnify and defend Arvada Festivals Commission/City of Arvada, their successors, agents, and assigns, harmless against all claims, losses, expenses, liabilities and damages, arising out of my participation in the event. The city is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items at the festival, nor responsible to injuries that may occur.
Do not leave it on site - trek it out with you. You are responsible for any trash that you have. Vendors not accepted to the event will be fully refunded. I understand that if I cancel 30 days prior to the event, or once I have been accepted, I will not get a refund. I understand that the Arvada Festivals Commission will select vendors that best fit the goals of this event and reserves the right to limit vendors of the same industry. The City of Arvada and/or Arvada Festivals Commission reserve the right to assign vendor booth locations.Vendors will be assigned one or two 10' x 10' booth spaces based on your selection.The City of Arvada and/or Arvada Festivals Commission will select vendors that are in accordance with the best interests of the event. Applicants will be notified via email if they are accepted into the event. All Food Vendors must be registered with the Jefferson County Health Department.Food Vendors must lay down a tarp or cardboard to catch grease and waste.If you take down early, this may hinder your acceptance into future festivals. All booths and displays must remain up until the end of the festival.
